1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Jurono platform, a lawyer directory and appointment booking service operated by Jurono UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i. G.

2. Services

Jurono provides:

• A public directory of verified lawyers
• Online appointment booking with listed lawyers
• Secure messaging between clients and lawyers

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse the messaging or booking systems

4. Appointments

Jurono facilitates appointment bookings but is not a party to the legal services agreement between client and lawyer. Cancellation policies are set by individual lawyers.

5. Liability

Jurono is not liable for the quality of legal services provided by listed lawyers. We verify lawyer credentials but do not guarantee outcomes of legal matters.

6. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time. Jurono reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
